We’re now All Around Performance.
It’s more than a name change. It’s a reflection of who we’ve become, who we serve, and where we’re headed. This transformation has been in the making for a while, and we’re excited to finally share the story behind it.
When we first started out, the word “consulting” made sense. But over time, it started to feel like a jacket that didn’t quite fit anymore.
While we do offer consulting in some areas, the heart of our work lives elsewhere. Our real focus is developing people and teams through powerful, psychology-informed learning experiences — workshops, courses, keynotes, and coaching that build capacity and resilience from the inside out.
We don’t just give advice. We get in the room, on the floor, and beside the people doing the hard work. We roll up our sleeves and build high performance cultures alongside our clients.
The shift to Performance felt natural — because that’s what we’re really here to do: unlock human potential.

Over the past few years, our team has evolved, our services have expanded, and our identity has become clearer. It was time to reflect that growth — not just in our name, but in how we show up.
We upgraded our logo, website, and brand visuals to reflect what our clients already knew: that we’re bold, grounded, athletic, and committed to excellence. The new vibe feels more us — less corporate, more badass.
At our core, we’re still the same team — the same values, the same mission, the same boots-on-the-ground energy.
We’re still guided by empathy, courage, and self-sacrifice.
We still believe in showing up, not just advising from the sidelines.
