The AAP Frontline Leadership Conference brings together frontline leaders from across the energy sector, as well as industrial construction and refining, for two days of practical leadership development focused on execution, accountability, and legacy.

We are inviting a limited number of aligned vendors to participate in the event through on-site vendor tables positioned on the perimeter of the main auditorium.

This is not a traditional trade show.
Vendor engagement is intentionally built into the conference agenda to create meaningful, unhurried interaction with attendees.

Vendor Experience and Visibility

Vendor tables will be located on the perimeter of the main auditorium, ensuring consistent exposure throughout the event.

Conference flow includes up to five dedicated engagement opportunities per day, including:

  • Networking periods

This structure allows vendors to connect with attendees repeatedly across both days, building familiarity and trust.

To protect the experience for attendees and vendors alike, all vendor registrations are reviewed for alignment.
