Shane Roney
Shane Roney is an operations leader with nearly 25 years of experience in the energy sector and currently serves as Operations Superintendent at Keyera in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Known for his people-first approach, Shane believes strong relationships are the foundation of performance and culture. His session will explore how leaders can build trust, take initiative, and shape culture to create meaningful impact.
Marc Wahl
Marc Wahl is a turnaround and operations leader with over 20 years of experience across the oil, gas, and petrochemicals sectors. Currently leading major turnarounds at NOVA Chemicals’ Joffre Site, Marc is known for his hands-on approach and ability to develop high-performing teams in high-pressure environments. His session will focus on growth through challenge, operating in uncertainty, and taking ownership of your development.
The AAP Frontline Leadership Conference brings together frontline leaders from across the energy sector, as well as industrial construction and refining, for two days of practical leadership development focused on execution, accountability, and legacy.
We are inviting a limited number of aligned vendors to participate in the event through on-site vendor tables positioned on the perimeter of the main auditorium.
This is not a traditional trade show.
