At All Around Performance, leadership is not just what we teach — it’s who we are. Founded by a Veteran and built by a team made up largely of Veterans and first responders, our company is rooted in service, sacrifice, and the strength of human connection. Supporting our Veteran community is not a corporate initiative — it is personal to every one of us.
Our Veterans have sacrificed so much for the safety, freedom, and resilience of our communities. It is our honor to give back to those who have given so much.
Over the years, we have proudly supported 17 different Veteran initiatives, providing donations, volunteering our time, serving on boards of directors, and amplifying the missions of organizations dedicated to the well-being of Veterans and their families. Each of these partnerships represents more than an act of charity — they represent our unwavering commitment to making an impact where it matters most.
Below, we share the stories of the organizations we are privileged to support — and the steps we’ve taken to walk alongside our nation’s heroes.

At All Around Performance, supporting Veterans is not just a part of what we do — it is a reflection of who we are. As a company founded by a Veteran and built by a team deeply rooted in service, we are proud to stand beside those who have given so much. Each partnership, each donation, each hour volunteered is a small way of saying thank you to the heroes who have carried the weight of sacrifice.
We believe that impact is not measured by a single act, but by the communities we build and the lives we touch. We are honoured to continue walking alongside Canada’s Veterans — and we invite others to join us in creating a future where every Veteran feels seen, supported, and valued.
