Justin Yaassoub

Founder

Justin Yaassoub is a leader tested in high-risk, complex environments, where life-and-death decision-making was a reality. His experience spans Special Forces operations, elite performance coaching, and leadership development in high-risk industries.

Despite experiencing death, hardship, trauma, and violence, Justin's leadership philosophy remains deeply rooted in the power of human connection. He believes the key to overcoming the leadership challenges of the 21st century lies in building human connections—particularly in high-risk organizations, where we’ve become reliant on processes and procedures, often overlooking the human elements that truly fuel performance, resilience, and effective leadership.

As the Founder of All Around Consulting, Justin specializes in turning strategy into execution. He equips frontline leaders with the mindset, skill set, and tools to lead with clarity and confidence in complex environments. He is the recipient of the prestigious Bravery Medal awarded by the Governor General of Canada, multiple Commander Citations for leadership, and the First Special Service Force Top Operator Award, which recognizes the top Special Forces Operator in CANSOFCOM (Canadian Special Operations Forces Command), and CSOR (Canadian Special Operations Regiment).

Beyond high-risk industries, Justin has worked extensively with NHL and WHL athletes, helping elite competitors develop leadership, mental resilience, and the decision-making skills required to perform under pressure. He also develops and facilitates leadership programs at MacEwan University and NAIT, shaping the next generation of high-performance leaders.

At his core, Justin’s leadership philosophy is built on empathy, courage, and self-sacrifice. He doesn’t just teach leadership; he lives it.
